This is Blackbird, at this point my favorite transformation character, as a small child. Although the other transformed began to change with puberty, Blackbird was born with what was originally thought to be a second pair of arms, and what turned out to be wings. When puberty rolled around, those wings fused with the bones in her arms and her feet changed. This was done based off a pic of my friend Teddy as a little girl, standing in a square in Venice, completely covered in pigeons.
